Co-Manager | Capital & Strategy
Justin leads capital structuring, strategic partnerships, and institutional alignment. Responsible for capital planning, risk coordination, and integration between acquisition activity and long-term fund objectives. Director of Rehab & Construction
Oversees all rehabilitation execution, contractor oversight, budgeting, timelines, and life-safety compliance across markets. Rodney’s hands-on approach to construction management ensures every value-add project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Director, Risk Mitigation & Tax
Jamal Hansen brings experience across real estate investment and fund structuring, supporting risk management and tax strategy at the fund level.
